| Those of you who
have sailed the Elliott 7 can appreciate the string of success the
Class has enjoyed over recent years. Unlike other classes the Elliott
7 has evolved and steadily improved its results under strict one
design rules and responsible construction methods that keep all boats
competing on a level playing field.
This has resulted in 35 satisfied new boat buyers in Australia alone and a resale value second to none. Success has been tasted by 7 owners at nearly every one of this countries most prestigious events. |

Weekend club racing is occurring with strong bases already
established in Victoria and NSW, QLD, S.A. and the ACT are showing
healthy interest as the Class continues to grow and dominate sports
boat racing.
The main attraction to the Elliott 7 must be its giant killing performance and ease of use. |
| Reaching the top in E7 racing simply comes from sound strategy and boathandling. Straight line speed does not vary between a boat built in 1992 or 1999 so to gain an edge this year we worked on a philosophy of making the boat as simple and functional as possible. Our aim was to shave a couple of seconds off every tack, gybe, set and drop. To achieve this a lot of time was spent creating a deck layout that allocated tasks evenly amongst the crew at the same time keeping their weight in the optimum position to maintain top speed. The result is a tested and proven success story - the boat being fast from Day 1. | ![]() |

| All this, plus much more, makes the Grand Prix Elliott 7
fantastic to look at and a dream to sail by any crew. Current Elliott
7 owners can take advantage of our systems by phoning to discuss the
parts they require to convert to the latest set up.
The Sailing Scene is marketing the Elliott 7, as always, in a variety of forms from basic mouldings and mast upwards. The Grand Prix level is designed to cater for the sailor who wants to jump into a new boat, take advantage of 5 years refining systems, get on the pace and save money. All the deck and rope chandlery will be included as described in the price list at a heavily reduced price, saving hundreds of dollars off retail. Current owners and prospective buyers are welcome to come and discuss the boat and its features. Please phone or email if you require any more information. Testsails available by appointment. |
